You are now responsible for requisitioning a copy of a "Sunday in Hell" DVD for us all to watch with cocoa.

Wow, Shapelike....that's flipping amazing, what a gift of a lifetime. Reciprocating is going to take some imagination. You've been hiding a romantic side?

My lucky streak continues in that next to C.T. is a very nice flower shop. Hopefully I can work out a discount program with them.

to quote Johnny Cash...

I fell in to a burning ring of fire
I went down,down,down
and the flames went higher.
And it burns,burns,burns
the ring of fire
the ring of fire.

Damn he should check the clinic for the burning part

A framer?? Sorry for the flippant answer but my framer at dupont and christie, southwest corner has done great work with archival documents/art/silkscreens etc. Not the cheapest but he'll make sure he uses museum grade archival materials if thats what you want.

I was actually just speaking with one of my good friends (not like you bunch of losers) who is a framer at a Loomis store, and he said "sure, it wouldn't be a problem.. but it'll be expensive!" So, there's that.

Framing a shirt they usually do some pretty decorative matting; usually at least 2 mattes and sometimes 3. This is so the shirt doesn't get pressed against the glass so much. They will often add a little label or a photograph in the corner too, but only if you ask. Why not try to buy a ready made frame with glass, and then cut your own matte? Otherwise its going to be pretty expensive.

The fact he's at Loomis makes it even more expensive...

hahaha.. indeed. He's been working there since the dawn of time.

Our main file server has been down for about an hour here. Yay for legitimate goofing off! If I can't access any of my stuff, I can hardly do any work, right?

Ahhh file servers, I actually just set up a RAID as a NAS, I'm just tweaking the network settings and trying to get the OS X box its connected too to recognize it at start up. Anyone with ideas on speeding up gigabit ethernet connections or automounting network shares would be fantastic.

automounting a network drive?
System prefs.....Under system..Account,...select user (you need to be an administering user at this point).
Login Items(Tab) , + (lower left) select drive ..click add. Check on to do on boot. If it's network volume you want mounted make sure you save the user/password in keychain or it'll ask user when it mounts.

Is everything gigabit? Full dup= ON

Full duplexing is on? I'm not entirely sure about getting all the bits outta gigabit.
