Trying to decide if I should ride the track to work tomorrow. Fack, I'm so drunk from the pirate party. Work is going to be hell tomorrow.

Just got to the shop after a very leisurely, relaxed spin from the Beaches to the Ex and back downtown. Spring is here folks...take advantage. Seems my early shaving of the winter fur was not too optimistic after all. If I can get the Mtn bike finished by 4 I would go out again. I havn't so much as lubed the chain since last years Aug 24hr. My work is cut out for me. Can you say "complete overhaul"? I thought you could

Its probably downloading a file (probably a .pdf file) to your desktop or your downloads folder. You'll need to find that file and then open it using adobe acrobat reader (you can download that at adobe.com if you don't have it)

edit: at 32's pirate party last night there were 3 gigantic canons. One was made of cardboard and packing tape and could be aimed around the room mirthfully, and the other two were made out of about a pack of zig zags a piece and god knows how much pot and required two hands to hold. I think one of these put the captain of the party out of commission because when we were leaving he was like lying outside in a pile. Great party!

you guyses suck the bag.. also, I don't know how anyone does training in high park
-roads are absolutely BRUTAL
-huge puddles everywhere
-apparently blind drivers
-children.
-parents.
-people walking/rollerblading/driving/tieing their shoes in the bike lane
-too many stop signs
Perhaps many of these things are made worse by the fact that it's early in the year and a Sunday afternoon, but ****, give me the Leslie Spit or the boring-ass Ex loop anyday over that mess.
Now, time to go peel off my wet socks and chamois (roadbike = no fenders). I feel like I've soiled my diaper.
