Garmin on two bikes?

yes. (ok, I can with my garmin 500 and my garmin 800 so I assume the same capability is there). You can set up a bunch of different bikes with unique sensors on each. It's in your set up pages somewhere.

Yes as long as both sensors are ant compatible. Most Garmins have multiple bike profiles you can set up so it will track use for each bike you have until on as long as you click on correct bike each ride. I use mine on two bikes all the time.

I have a 510 and use it on 2 bikes and have a 3rd setting for when I attend Spin class.
You need to setup profiles and customize each for their needs.
