Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Well, if I may halt the momentum a bit, then...

Musician, with a BM, two Masters, and half a Doctorate, and have worked as a full-time teacher in the past, but after leaving a job that wasn't a good fit, i have struggled to find a full-time teaching job (i'm not credentialed, so that relegates me to private schools), and have had very limited income from my church gig and whatever freelancing work I can get (singing, conducting, guest lecturing, working as a recording engineer). Needless to say, I barely get by every month. Luckily, cycling allows me to fill the buckets of time I have when I'm not actually working.

I used to work at the Patent and Trademark Office. The agency paid for Examiners to attend law school on a part time basis. In return Examiners had to commit working for Government for a long period or had to repay the cost. The problem was attorneys with examination expertise were in such demands, law firms were giving Examiners the reimbursement cost as signing bonuses.

EMR Consultant (Custom Coding, Business Intelligence and Implementation) ... for now, until the demand runs out and it eventually will. I've come to the conclusion that EMRs don't save people's lives.

Engineer(Quality Engineering) and program manager for a construction company. Mainly its DoD building projects for the Navy or Air Force, great group of people to work with/around. I work in civil engineering, but my degree is environmental engineering.
