Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Provided their descriptions are correct, I'd say nothing is different between them except for the graphics. That same stem is probably sold under many different brands.

I ordered the 100mm 17 degree UNO stem (the blue one) from that ebay store, but when it arrived it measured almost the same as the 90mm 17 degree 3T stem that I'm using, so you might want to size up if you're coming from a 3T stem

are you sure you got the right size? My Uno 120mm measures exactly 120mm c to c. It's also marked 120mm inside

yup I got the right size, there's a "100" mark on the inside of the head clamp
It's just that the 3T stem run large, they measure the stem length at the bottom not through the center, kinda like this (130mm on the 3T)

anyway I did order another UNO with 110 length and all is good

Graphics are horrendous but come off in about 30 seconds with a acetone soaked rag.
