BillyD, how could you!

WhyFi 11-13-15 01:08 PM

GAHHHH! Just as I was about to slip in a jab on the new iPhone 6S auto-incorrect feature!!!

I don't think he's trolling. He sounds like one of those PBS customers that only buys from them, because they are the only bike shop around that won't tell them to go away.

MikeyBoyAz 11-13-15 01:15 PM

I too suffered emotionally from not posting an **** in that thread. : overwhelming sadness:

thin_concrete 11-13-15 01:31 PM

I think the "I need help" thread was just about to get going. Open that one back up!

Take it up with the sheriff. We are behind you on this one!

Ugh, the 41 ground to a halt.

Nice pace. I ran farther than you but at a much slower pace:

Trails are always slower. Nicer, though. Good work!

I'm going to see if I can handle 14 on Sunday, after a rest day tomorrow. Hooray for marathon training... ish.

We'll never know now. We'll never know. :(

Uh huh - this is why we can't have nice things.

Okay, now that the kid is napping, I'm going to continue on the ol' rack. Flattening/squaring a big slab like this is somewhere between meditative and a pain in the ass. I suspect that the more practice I have, the less it'll be a pain in the ass, but we'll see.

Zone 2. Endurance training. It sometimes sucks, and is literally a pita (to quote Herbie), but in the long run, it will pay dividends.

Keep the bird shots coming! So cool.

FLvector 11-13-15 02:22 PM

Anyone was willing to give the OP a shovel so he could dig a deeper hole. That thread reminded me I seriously need to go shop insurance.

BillyD 11-13-15 02:38 PM

As much as I'm tempted, I can't even explain my reasoning for closing the thread, because before you know it every tom, dick & harry from there will be in HERE arguing with me, looking to continue the discussion of that thread. And although I have enough Reds for all of them, it would surely classify me as the butcher of bike forums for all the angst that would flow, when actually I am just a simple, kind and genteel servant of the people. :(

Suffice it to say that the closure was consistent with BF moderation protocol to avoid further consternation on the matter.

Bird pictures...

I came home one day about a year ago and found this on the floor. Loki had a party and the sparrow didn't know he was invited:
