Custom Foot Beds
After reading a thread on another board, I remembered
that I had a pair of footbeds made at a ski shop to fit a pair
of rollerblades.
I removed the footbed that came with my Sidi's and put in
the customs, whoa major difference.
No more little aches around outside of foot.
Feels like I am better connected to shoe.
THe only downside is the original footbed is vented
and the custom isn't. I'm gonna drill some holes in them
to see if that helps.
Cost? the footbeds were about $25 including fitting, cutting
etc.

I did a custom bike fitting with wobblenot - they really focused on the cleats and footbeds. There are some great footbeds out there. Buy from somebody who is trained in them though or you can really mess yourself up.
