Interchanging cogs for a 11-28 cassette
HI ,
can i purchase additional cogs for Shimano cs-6800 11s cassette , and change them as needed .
for instance i have a 11-28t cog , can i convert it to an 11-25t by replacing 28t cog with 16t cog , and so on ,
(replace 11t cog with 18t cog to have 12-25t) depending on the terrain ..
just wanna know if there's any compatibility issues ..

From: La La Land (We love it!)
Bikes: Gilmour road, Curtlo road; both steel (of course)
I believe that cassette uses carriers for the larger (tooth count) cogs so they would have to be replaced as a group.
Look at it from the back side and you will see what I mean...
