Ankle pain??
I am having trouble with my left ankle(and only the left one)-it seems to get really sore when I get off the bike after a long ride. I did 71 miles on Saturday, and when I got off the bike, the outside of my ankle was really tender. It felt fine while riding, only pain was when I was off the bike (like at breaks etc). I am using look KEOs with sidi shoes, and I have checked the alignment with the right - it seems to be a mirror of it. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

I can't imagine that many people would need/want identically placed cleats on both shoes. I had ankle pain and made small adjustments to my cleat until the pain went away. But my pain was during the ride too, not just off the bike.

Lord Ophie,
How do you know which way to turn the cleat (is there a rule like for seat height and knees -pain in front try raising saddle etc)? If it is to the outside of the ankle, should I adjust them so that the toes of the shoe point away(outside) of the current position? That is what I think I will try.... The worse part is it never hurts while I am riding.....
