Prolly what you saw "them" saying was that the Cowboys were America's team, which simply means they are the most popular. But lately they're pretty damn good, too.

Same here. I remember mastering the skill of running down the clock.

Hoping to be back to work today however pain more than anticipated so i more day off. Back tomorrow. Hernia surgery without narcotics is a bit more painful when using only motrin/tylenol.

I am officially worried/ fearful for this nation.

Rookie question - how do you measure your sit bones to figure out what saddle may or may not work well for ya. Looking at Specialized / Fizik.

Bend over tightly into a ball on your bed or floor, face down, butt in air. Have your sig. other palpate sitbone and mark with marker on both sides. Measure distance straight across with ruler in cm. Add 4 cm. Presto.
Personally I think more is made of sit bones width than necessary.

You can just take a piece of cardboard and sit on it in your underwear. Try to lean forward so your hip angle is the same as it would be on the bike. You should leave 2 little indents which you can mark the midpoint of with a pen and then measure with a tape or ruler.

Just remember that knowing your actual width does not mean you are guaranteed to prefer a specific saddle. Based on my measurement, I figured I'd be better with a 155 Specialized Toupe. Rode it for a year, the shell cracked, and on a whim I decided to switch to a 143. Much happier with less numbness ever since.

I can't believe they made an app for that:

Looking at those is like looking at a cuneiform tablet.

Oh, for the Zwift users- They released the "Volcano" route yesterday for Watopia. Nice to have additional options, although I couldn't figure out where the timed lap of the new section starts/ends.

Make it a fun event, do it at home with your lover. Much better than some yahoo in a bike shop.BTW, unless you hav e really weird proportions a standard mid width saddle is likely fine. Go Fiziik Arione. I have tried dozens of saddles, was convinced Brooks Pro. was the only worthy saddle made, then got the Fiziik. Happy ever since.

Don't let her. Waste of money. Get a Wahoo Kickr Snap or equivalent and use Zwift, she and you will have a lot more fun.
I'm baffled as to why someone would spend 2000 dollars for an object that can only be used indoors. Better to have a decent bike and use it on a trainer.

Same; shoes, helmet and saddle - all Spec, but I can't see myself owning one of their bikes... mostly for the crapping dog aesthetic, though.

Plus their pumps and bottles are fantastic.

What do you do. I grew up in Glastonbury. Loved Connecticut. Watch Hill RI was my fave beach.
Tode the Hop river trail in November with a high school buddy, very nice!

Football? Football's over. Nothing going on until at least the draft.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Propaganda. Pure and simple.

Can't wait. Off the bike this week due to hernia surgery but looking forward to it.

A new winner would be nice. The McCreeperson family from New England make me ill. Amazing talent, and a genius for a coach, but that doesn't hide the fact that they're just weird up there.

My experience as well. Overrated in term of importance and over estimated in my experience as well.

Yup and truth in reporting gets you dead. Does Mexico not lead the world in assassinations of journalists?
