Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Help figuring out my bike model and value.

I own a Schwinn road bike that I was given to a while ago. I was looking to selling it and buying a new road bike. Problem is I don't know what model my bike is or what it's worth. I attached 3 images of the bike.
Any help?

Thanks!

You'll get a better-educated guess in the Classic and Vintage Bicycles: Whats it Worth? Appraisals and Inquiries forum.

Narrow frame tubing and the joint style makes it look like one of Schwinn's flash-welded frames, and since the photos make it look like the front fork blades are flat rather than tubular, I'm guessing a Varsity.

Unfortunately, if my guess is correct, it's an entry-level bicycle that was mass-produced in astronomical numbers. Unless it's in extremely pristine condition, these kinds of bikes seem to go through craigslist at $75-$150 asking price.
