Bumping this just to say I wish this was around in June when my ‘17 SL did the same thing. Had my shop eventually return it for an emonda just so I didn’t have the iso upfront! Trek also gave me $400 for my troubles. My LBS thought I was crazy but eventually realized the noise wasn’t going away, even after 2 IsoSpeed units. Apparently Trek knows about it and supplies a new piece to go in the iso assy. I never bothered and just said give me a bike with a simpler headset!
