Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Basso Evo?

So I found a Basso Evo, no clue what year, but it has 600 Tricolor Ultegras on it.

I was offered to buy at $450. Is it worth $450? Does anyone know what the msrp on this bike could have been?

Do another search (on Google too) and you will see that a guy named Richard from this forum picked it up a couple of months ago for $299 (maybe less, that was the asking price), and he is just trying to flip it.

Basso are a great brand (I have one), but that is probably one of their least desirable models, in my opinion. Doesn't have that vintage steel style that most people like, nor it is really modern, if you are after that. Plus those components are very underwhelming on a bike like that.
