Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I have to agree with oneradtec (and others): you will be talking to Jesus before 65 miles, if not much sooner.

Going from 50 to 100 miles is hard even on moderately hilly terrain. With that much climbing it’s going to KILL you well before you’re anywhere close to the finish.

HOWEVER, if I were you, I’d first take stock of the situation, listen to advices and common sense, and conclude that it’s not feasible.

Then I’d go do it, damn it!!

You live only once.
