Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Redshift Shockstop vs. Specialized Future Shock vs. Trek Isospeed

Has anyone tried both? Would appreciate any feedback on how they compare.

Bikes: 2012 Roubaix and 2013 Domane

I have both. Shockstop on my 2012 Roubaix and bought a 2017 Roubaix comp last night. After just one ride I would say the shockstop is 70-80% as good. Once I do some hard climbs and chip seal I’ll report more.

Interested to hear your report. I've been running into to injuries with my back and shoulder and really need to soften my ride. I've been looking at the slate in particular. Probably be getting some sort of gravel bike. This looks like a nice option.
