Help with frame specs
Hi,
I have a Leader 736r frame and was trying to figure out If I will need a clamp front derailleur. I am thinking about upgrading the drivetrain to the new Shimano 11 speed 105 group set. If anyone could help me with some more details I'd appreciate it. |

If you have a braze-on ... it will be a small rectangular plate with an oval slotted hole just about where the derailleur band would go. If not, you need a derailleur with a band.
Post a pick of the BB/down tube/ seat tube juncture from the right side and for $5 I will PM you the right answer. |

I'm currently out of town and have never had any true specs about the frame so I was curious of anyone had a sheet. Thanks for the humor lol

"Seat tube is sexy semi aero made to accommodate a 31.8mm clamp on front derailleur." Leader Bike LD-736R Frames Reviews - RoadbikeReview.com I was searching for goggles and I accidentally hit two "O"s .... what a mistake. :D No charge .... This time. |

Yeah ... it sucks that you don't have the internet where you are posting from. :D

Buy a braze on derailleur and buy a separate derailleur clamp - they're cheap.

That is the best plan in any case. The braze-on derailleur wit or without the band clamp is by far the superior setup.
