or too much damage done to recover in time...my 5th massuire the most powerful ever..(seems likes it just a matter of time before she seperates my shoulder or something like..i always thought stronger was better??) used her fore arms and elbow to alleviate my sore hip flexors and glutes ..curious what you think .. ithink this kind of deep tissue is beneficial but might take more to recover..just curious?? todays session will allow 2 week recovery..tia
