Panaracer Gillar tires: 155g, w/anti-puncture layer

A mate just showed up with Panaracer Gillar tires: 150--160g, including anti-puncture layer. They're seemingly new to market and possibly only available in Japan so-far. I haven't been able to find any more information than this. Anyone know anything more substantial?
