Sugoi is really good
I have to admit, I'm surprised at how good Sugoi is. I normally ride Assos or PI Elite. A buddy gave me a Sugoi Cannondale bib. The chamoi is more stiff but surprisingly more comfy than my other shorts. Does anybody have experience with their products? I'm a believer, at least in their chamois.

Yup.. I have some knickers and shorts of theirs of some form of RS Pro Evoloution somesuch designation -- great chamois. F4rrest is right though.. harder to come across on sale. I bought my shorts for under $30 at Arts a couple years back and they're still holding up.

Been wearing RS Bibs for years and really like them. More reasonably priced and comfortable. They last about two years before fraying.

I have several jerseys and a couple of jackets that get frequent use. I tend to like the solid colors and their offerings of late aren't so much.
Never tried their bibs or shorts. I ride chamois-less and Sugoi offers nothing there.

I have other shorts that last longer but for issue free fit, esp comfort for my personals, Segoi's my favorite. Every Segoi product I used yet has been very good. (Their helmet cover for the rain makes long rides in the rain much nicer!)

I'm fortunate enough to get a discount on Sugoi apparel via my employer and I just purchased a new pair of bibs that have become my new favorite! They fit great and feel racy but are way more comfortable than the Rapha & Pactimo kits I'd been riding previously. Pleasantly surprised!

My least favorite brand, even below generics, like "velowear". Have two pairs, RS and something else, their chamois is the only one that causes skin abrasion, no compression at all, their leg grippers are not properly stitched, apart from the fact that they are not grippy enough. Only use them on shorter/mtb rides.

I only have one pair of Sugoi bibs - and I accidentally bought a women's style. The straps are routed kind of funny and the pad is shaped kind of weird... but they fit OK so I only wear them under my tights in the winter.

I'm very brand loyal once I find what I like. I did not think I would go away from Assos but I'm going to buy another pair of these now. If they last as long, I will be a big fan.
