Bikes: CoMo Speedster 2003, Trek 5200, CAAD 9, Fred 2004

Sidi Dominators and SPD. I'm a maniac on hill sprints, lift the bike right off the ground if I'm not careful, don't pull out. Gotta have the right tension. I have a buddy who broke his femur and pelvis when his non-SPD pedal axle broke while sprinting. Yeah, SPD cleats in MTB shoes last a very long time.
