I switched the medium jerseys out for large- boy am I glad that I did. As much as I wanted to be, I was definitely not a medium
...I did my first ride using the RSR shorts and Fastlane jersey. I can see now why people become Assos fans for life. The gear just fits, wicks, feels, and looks better than anything else.
I can confirm that the RSR shorts make squeaky noises. The type of fabric used and the way it's constructed cause the noise; no biggie though. I didn't think kit could get much better than Castelli; I was wrong. Hopefully it lasts years upon years. It would be prohibitively expensive to be replacing kit every year. The leg grippers on one of my Castelli FAR4 shorts are becoming stretched after only a year of use.

I have the assos equipe bibs. They are the best bibs I have ever owned. For me, their sizing is accurate. I like the chamois, the way they support and keep things tight, the padding in the crotch, the sun glass holder, They are slow to dry, and I am worrying a little bit right now that they are chafing me a little. But otherwise, they are great.
