Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Acclimation phase is real. If this is the first weight training you've done in a bit, I feel your pain.

It’s the first time we’ve seen our personal trainer since 3/10. I probably pushed a little heavier than I should have.

We are able to go because everyone wears a mask, he has the windows open and he completely disinfects the studio between clients. Working out with a mask on is brutal.

I need to drive by the Nestle/Libby plant in Morton, IL and see if pumpkins are coming in yet.

There is a Nestle plant 20 miles away near one of my favorite routes that goes through Burlington WI, on rare occasions it smells like one is biking through chocolate. Not planning on checking on pumpkins.

That bear is meandering and directionless similar to you. Coincidence? You decide.

Not much on-bike stuff that I need/want, but I might have to pick up a couple merino base layers.

We are in the medium green zone. There are a lot of appliances on the roof, not bolted down or otherwise at risk. AC compressor, Water tank, propane tank, solar water heater, solar panels are bolted down but I don't know about their wind speed limits.Internet receiver tower.
Good luck!!

Think I saw evidence of a bear riding home today. Pulled of the trail for a nature break and shade. Saw a big pile of poop. If it was from a human, the person deserves a medal for holding that much in. Thing is, there were no human footprints in the somewhat muddy ground. But there were some paw prints.
