Anyone notice how Lance's Pro M Frames have little fins above and below the frame - similar to what Mitsubishi does with the Lancer Evolution.
The aforementioned Evolution picture link to photo (BIG) 1600 x 1200

lance's oakleys are prototype/early access and are not generally available to the public.
i find it amusing that the
RUSTY WALLACE glasses
cost $30 more ($205 vs. $175) than the
LANCE ARMSTRONG glasses

rusty glasses and lance glasses do not have the same frame.
new lance glasses look lame.
oakley is a rip-off on the same level that gas is in southern california. but people think they need it, so they buy it anyway. that's how they make idiots worldwide pay that much for their name. employees of spy optic pay about $38 for something that the general public pays $85. that simply means that the average oakley customer is about $50 dumber than the average spy customer.

Whoa, people still wear Oakleys? I thought they went out of style in 1999.
I wear some Bollé sunglasses and only paid 35 dollars for them, they seem to work perfectly well. Why pay so much for colored polycarbonate?

helmet - specialized S1. not a walmart sale, but supergo for $55. pretty good deal if you ask me.
shoes - lake CX-305. been wearing lake since i got my first bike back in '85.
(and since we're talking about sunglasses -- i have a pair of wiley-x xl-2's that are awesome, and an older pair of native low ryders that have been replaced twice at $20 a pop after being scratched)
