I think castelli's run small. My experience.
And I'm not a fan of the KISS chamios.
It was ok on a short ride but hours 3 or 4 were not comfortable.

I only wear Castelli Ypro3 shorts and love them. I've tried the KISS and it's only average. I'm 5'9" and 163 and I wear a large, while in Pearls or Nalini I wear a med.

So I got the wrong one....I looked at the Ypro3 Donna but didn't have my size.
After that experience I bought Assos and they're very nice.
Actually worth all that they cost.
I still like the Sugio, clearly a winner for my buttt.

For men, if you are 6', get a LARGE unless you like your balls being squeezed in a vice- the bib straps run a bit short. Even a large is a bit on the small side- for the Ypro3 bibs (they are cut to fit while on the bike, not standing).
Castelli's US distributor is a local company here, and I've found some great deals... I am ambivalent about eh KISS shorts- the seams really dig into my flesh, and several seams started to fray while they were still new.

I am 6'2" and 230lbs, I tried a X-Large and then got a XX-L instead. The problem with fit with me was neither the length or the waist, but the elastic around the thighs. I have larger thighs (though not fat), and the x-large was just to constricting on my thigh. The waist wasn't to tight on the x-large, but the xxl does fit just a bit better.
The material though is sensational, and my only complaints are the seam that runs down the front of short and the seams on the bibs, both necessitate wearing underlayers for me due to rubbing irritation.

6'2", 180-185lb, 34" waist, slightly longish torso, and wear XL's (L's often in other brands). Love Castellis... always looking for Kiss or YPro's on sale at a good price. Check ebay...there has been someone selling new Ypro's for $125.
