Carbon road bike with fender mounts
Looking for a road bike with full coverage fender mounts. Not endurance geo like Roubaix or Domane. Looking for a racier geometry. But I can’t find a single one with fender mounts (ie Tarmac, Madone, Allied Echo, etc).
Also, not interested in band aid solutions like SKS Raceblade Long’s and etc.
Any suggestions?

You don't generally see fender mounts on road racing bikes...But perhaps someone will know of an exception.

I’ve used race blades, XL’s, and Long’s. As noted in the original post, I’m looking for Full Coverage fenders. Thanks.

Carbon+Fenders drifts towards all-road/gravel. Pure race bikes eschew mounts. The geometries, however, are pretty close such that dropping the stem may be all you need to do.

There's a couple of ways to mount fenders without mounts. Do some searching for something like p clam fender mount or attachment and there's a product called Axiom fender runner which go on an axle and provide a fender or rack mount. I'm sure there's other ideas, but these are the two I'm familiar with.

I have an Orbea Avant, 2014, that has fender mounts that are not seen unless mounting fenders or racks on them. It is considered an endurance frame set, but, IMO, it is quite racy and aggressive. It has terrific balance and a very nice ride. I have no idea if newer models have the same feature.
