Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Peak Training System

Hi,

I came across a post about using a Cycleops Fluid 2 trainer and the "Peak Training System" (for your computer i think). I'm wondering if any of you guys have used the "Peak Training System" so i could get a fair review of it.

My question is: How well has the Peak Training System worked for you guys that have used it?
I looked it up (here) and it looked pretty cool. I would love to hear your overall opinions of the product...any regrets about the purchase, what you don't like, what you do, would you buy it again? I really like the 'interactive' nature of the compu-trainer and the i-magic trainer, but i can't pay those prices for a trainer. How are the graphics, how is the racing against others (computer generated cyclists and other people around the world), and how easy is it to attach/unattach to your bike?

Well, if you don't use this system...do you guys use any other software to make your trainer virtual (i.e. more like a compu-trainer or i-magic trainer)?

I'm curious about this too. I read FeltDude's posts about using the PTS with a CycleOps Fluid2 trainer. It would help if I got other people's opinions too.

koreansteve, did you get any private responses? If so then please post them here. Thanks!
