Cilo frame identification

Well. I know it’s a cilo but I haven’t seen one that matches this one.

Agree. Looks like a CX frame (or Long distance tourer) given the canti brake bosses, but C&V more likely to be helpful. You may want to include a pic of the underside of the BB to show any serial numbers or other info.
