TRAINING DVDs
I am interested in acquiring some instructional DVDs for training and maybe entertainment purposes.
What is out there that you would suggest? Reasonably priced, of course.
I am thinking in terms of DVDs that can help with pedal strokes. hill climbing and other necessary cycling skills as opposed to coaching DVDs that sets riding, nutritional goals and helps motivate. I would like your recommendations as to specific DVDs or DVD sets and also where it can be purchased on the Web.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Regards

Suggest you jsut do a search on the www or here at the bike forums for that.
In terms of actual improving there's nothing better than just going out and riding and maybe asking a few people you ride with along the way.
