Sorry I meant on the wired bike computer ref the second part of that post but just realised it was a general observation not a recommendation for this case.

Both. FTP, and therefore I assume zones, if anything is a bit low on the Garmin. I am definitely calorie deficit on every ride. I’ll do 70km with no food and 100km on one 750ml bottle.
