Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Bought a set of wheels from them recently. Got them just fine. Wanted to go on their website to ask a question, and It won't load. Anybody know what's up?

It's down. You can always go to https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ and find out.

There are many other sites to check for outages too. Just google or use your favorite search engine

As to what's up. I don't know. Might be someone pushed a upgrade to their server that didn't go well. Or most anything.

Another one seems to be Texas Cycle Sports. Website has been under maintenance since last year. There might be a FB page, not side of its recent.

This does not seem accurate. I have been able to check on my order (placed the day before Thanksgiving) every other day this month.

Back up now, so false alarm. I will say I’ve gotten pretty good service from, although a little slow with the time difference and shipped my takes a bit of time.

Looks like it's closed.

Not sure if it makes any sense to mention issues with a random unrelated business.

A website saying "under maintenance" (which is dumb) is not a "not loading error" (so mentioning it is even more irrelevant).

My wheels were shipped on 1/29/2026 and delivered by FedEx on 2/18/2026. 3 weeks from China to west coast of USA (at lowest cost shipping option) is pretty good.

Yeah, they shipped super fast for me, too. In fact, I had the wheels custom painted and the whole process was really quite fast. That was over a year ago, though, so I would not be at all surprised to learn of increased shipping times and delays of various types.
