Can anyone tell if this frame is real or fake?

Nothing that I see points towards the bike being a fake.

Take it to some LBS's that are authorized to sell Colnago bicycles and get their opinion. Or try sending photos and question to Colnago and see if they respond.

Personally, if it looks like Colnago, it probably is. If you need assurance, then buy a new one from a reputable Colnago dealer.

It is a real bicycle frame. To answer your question! <grin>
