Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

after reading the topic again, i realised you wanted them ranked. well i don't ride Look pedals, i ride speedplays and love them, but i've heard very good things about the Look Keo range, and like i said above, you can get Keo design pedals

starting at $90 for the 280g Keo Classic:

$140 for the 260g Keo Sprint:

$219.99 for the 230g Keo Carbon Cro-moly:

$279 for the 230g Keo Carbon HM Ironman

and finally $399.99 for the 190g Keo Carbon Titanium:

**** i should sell these things
just kidding

Does the new Keo line of pedals continue the trend of the cheapest pedal having the lowest maximum cleat release force? Because other than that I don't really see a difference from the +$300 price difference doesn't really warrant taking 90g off a pedal.

yeah, the Classic does have the lowest cleat release, and i think you have a really good point, but for some people that 90g seems to be a lot(these are also probably the people who have the new ultra-lightweight Litespeed frame already on order). Though everybody knows that the Speedplay Zero Ti pedals are lighter, at 164g

KeO, cromolys are best bang for your buck in my opinion, and yes the speedplays are lighter, but the cleats weigh a hell of alot more than the keo cleats do.
