Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

DA wheels cutting tubes

Anyone else having this problem of the wheel cutting into the stem? I guess I will have to try
cutting more radius in the stem hole. Not using the nut.

I doubt it's the radious, but a rough edge. See if you can't smooth it a bit with a small hobby file.

It's only aluminum, use a razor blade and cut a chamfer into the inside of the hole.

I had the same problem with my Ksyriums, a bit of filing to smooth out the sharp edge and some emery cloth to take off the burrs and no problems since.
