Biking in spain
I'm from Morocco but i lived in spain , and i will be going back w/ my wife and 2 babies in the summer , i want to ride in spain an average of 100 Km a day , how should i train , and if anybody has any experience w/ shipping bikes overseas .
i'm a newbie and as of now i bike 25 miles 3 times a week .
