think i'd go with the scatt too, especially if a 20% coupon shows up on their web site....

...AND, if there's a Performance bike store in your 'hood, and IF they have the Scatt in stock, and if you join their "Team" club, you get 10% of the price of the bike back in coupons that you can use to buy more stuff (less the membership fee, I think about $15-$20). Of course, you'll also have to pay local sales tax.

I have the Scattante R660 (aluminum frame with carbon bits, love it), but I've talked to several Scatt CFR owners and they all love 'em.

My bike also has the Korso wheels, I'm not an authority on wheelsets, but they seem fine to me. They're pretty light and they go around. I had a little trouble attaching my computer magnet to the flat spokes, but eventually got it sorted out.

If you buy any more Motobecanes, you can be the official Motobecane reviewer... :D Actually I'm tempted to buy the Immortal Force also...I think it looks a lot sexier than the Scattante CFR.

yeah, for me it was the sex appeal and the ritchey bits.... i think the scatt remains the better buy for reasons stated in previous posts, but couldn't take my eyes off that moto...

Then again, if there's a supergo coupon, then the edge has to go to the scatt.

This reportedly will be a 15% off coupon valid for 5-days beginning tomorrow: 872993

Yes - I've noticed that all the Louis Garneau bikes are generic. I saw one the other week that's identical to a Terry Dolan and a Prorace.
