Did any of you CycleOps trainer owners ever follow the training video with Carmicheal?
It is a 50 minute interval training video? I set up the trainer today and tried out the video. I thought it was a good workout considering I did not have to leave my house. Are there other videos that are similar?

I started to use the Carmichael video but it wanted me to calculate heart rate ranges and I couldn't be bothered. I have heard very good things about the Spinerval series so I bought on of those. Thankfully it is not trainer season for me....yet.
