Running vs cycling : Depends on the objectives.. obviously a specialized approach will give better results but sometimes you just need to adjust for injuries or time schedule. ie: I have been doing dus for a few years and just can't come even close to specialized cyclist, probably will never be able, and its the same with running .. Tris are the same .. Performing both allows for flexibility and can save your season during small injuries .. But if you goal is to become the best cylcist you can be well .. specialize ..
