Learning rollers are like learning to ride a bike...
You never forget...
I have not ridden rollers for over 8 months, but today (after a revalation that I am FAT yesterday!) I decieded to get back on the rollers to see how I feel... I hate fluid trainers BTW. Wearing a pair or shorts I started the rollers, and within 1 minute I felt like I had never gotten off of them... the spin on the other hand will get better...
Anyone here feel the same way...
On the other hand my calves are screaming... that is what happens when you loose tons of muscle mass, but my bone in my left leg feels really good... a great sign!

I bought a set of rollers two weeks ago and am afraid to get them out of the box. First, if my wife finds out, i'm a dead man. Second, I'm probably one of those lucky few who are too uncoordinated to learn.

After three 300km weeks with beautiful weather, my last ride day of the week tomorrow has rain, rain and rain in the forecast. Probably on the rollers for a spin session. I love riding them for identifying my sloppy spin. I just can't stand the amount of sweat I throw down from it.

It's all that free pizza.
Rollers needs a big-ass fan in front, and dished ones are better (rollers, not pizza).

Ah, too risky. I'll PM my address and you can send me the rollers. I'm here to help.

Acckk...thermoplastic drums. Does anyone make aluminum dished drums? Do they really help make it so you can doze off and still stay on the rollers? I'm guessing they don't really work or more manufacturers would be making them.
