Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

...oh, and as for my spelling....I'm usually pretty good about that. It was early in the morning.

...oh, and as for the line about nobody likes a smart arse CyLowe97...I like him. I rode with him last season and he hardly seemed smart at all!

Then you should know that 'limey's' is possesive. Limeys (or is it limies?) is plural.

We have no Queen on this side of the pond. We have an Emperor, and he can barely speak Texan, much less "the Queen's English".

If I stick to my schedule, with no injuries or illness, between 40 and 50, including stages of stage races.

Special diet watched closely?

I mean, there must be a difference between the casual rec/roadies, occasional racers and guys who are going to that next level like yourself.

Somebody put Euro's photo (if you can find one) in the dictionary next to 'Road Nazi'. You are insufferable. Nice job. At least you don't blow your own horn. Much.

Congrats anyway. At least somebody's riding hard besides the Cat 2/3's I'm chasing - in MARCH. Keep hammering.

Hey, Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better

Hey, Jude, don't be afraid
You were made to go out and get her
The minute you let her under your skin
Then you begin to make it better.

And any time you feel the pain, hey, Jude, refrain
Don't carry the world upon your shoulders
Well don't you know that its a fool who plays it cool
By making his world a little colder

Hey, Jude! Don't let her down
You have found her, now go and get her
Remember, to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better.

So let it out and let it in, hey, Jude, begin
You're waiting for someone to perform with
And don't you know that it's just you, hey, Jude,
You'll do, the movement you need is on your shoulder

Hey, Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better
