Anybody know a good 20-30 mile ride in Newport, RI?
Hi, I'm heading to Newport very shortly and it's turned into quite a nice day here in New England. I'm really hoping to bring my bike and go for a ride, maybe 20-30 miles.
Does anybody have a simple ride (so I won't get lost) which would allow me to enjoy some ocean scenery? Are bikes allowed on the bridges?
I'm leaving in about 1.5 hours, so I'm hoping for a very quick response. Thanx!

It's been a long time since I've been in the area, but I THINK I recall seeing bikes on the bridge heading over to Newport. You should head over to Jamestown and ride through there....roads are a bit rough from what I remember, but shouldn't be much traffic this time of year.
Pick up a local map when you're in the area. BTW, what kinda gearing do you have.....I think there's some fairly short but fairly steep hills in that area.
