Got a Le Champion SL around Christmas time (yes, from BD) - and I couldn't be happier with it. Felt a bit jealous when one of the guys at work got an OCR 3, but when I took a look at it... I realized I had no reason to, as it was not even close to being in the same class... after 1500 miles, I still have nothing to hold against Le Champion.

Sorry, already ebay'ed it. Got great prices for them too. I think you can make profit if you order these Motos (for $1100 at end of year sale) and part off on ebay. Just shows the value of these bikes.

No Shill here...
I bought mine last spring, and it has been a great bike so far. I bought it because it was the cheapest Ultegra equipped bike I could find and I liked the other components as well. I also bought it because I didn't know if I was really going to get back into cycling or not. Now I am definitely back "in" and I hope to sell the MB and try something in Carbon before the year is out.
I ride anywhere from 40-100 miles per week. My only gripes are not MB or BD gripes at all, but Ritchey gripes. My handlebars creak after 200-500 miles and need to be loosened, cleaned and re-tightened. The Cane Creek brakes are less than stellar, and other than that, the seat sucks and I need to replace it. The rest of the bike has been great. I
I love the American Classic wheels, and the frame is very soft for an all aluminum frame, soaking up bumps with ease. I also like the way the bike reacts when pushed. It is very light and responsive, always ready to go faster.
I thought of buying a Felt Carbon frame to switch out for the MB, but I am lusting for a Cervelo at the moment.
I'll just keep hammering away on this for the time being, though.

I sure like mine. I hated the brakes, so I tossed on a Dura Ace front.
The only other issue is that as a BD Shill (TM) I was promised $1,000,000,000 and a bike a week for life. BD sent the money, but hasn't come through with the bikes.
BEWARE, if you buy from them all you will get is a cool bike.

Out of curiousity, how are those Vittoria Diamante Prolights holding up? The first thing I did when I got mine was to replace them with some PR2s.

Add me now to the list, it was delivered Monday a Le Champion SL and took it for a 20+ mile ride yest. I liked the bike a lot have to tweak the fit a little more as I need a shorter stem. Took the stickers off the wheels and with the other logos could come off to but oh well, nice bike but brakes are so so.

Brake pads are 90% of the brake. Replace them.

I suppose I should register here too. Two 700HT MTBs and recently added an Immortal Force. More to come for sure.

I had an Elite fs, but sold it to a coworker. I bought a Motobecane Fantom Cross (I know cyclocross not road) that I bought last october 06 from Cyclespectrum and have put over 2,200 miles on it and love it. The bike fits me like a glove never had in back neck or shoulder pain, can ride on it all day no problem. I decided to get another bike Windsor Falkirk SL, supposedly it's the same as the Le Champion SL basically just different wheels according to the guy at the shop. Probably be a couple months before I have it out of layaway, this will be my third bike bought from cyclespectrum.

Just got mine delivered today. I ordered it Monday afternoon/evening. So three days to the door. It was sent UPS ground with a delivery date of tomorrow. So I am highly satisfied. The derailleurs did need adjustment. And they still need some. I flipped the stem (agressive ). And am loving it so far.

Interesting that the people who bought from BD seem happy, and the people who didn't seem so angry. I don't see the hate for Specialized or Trek. What's the deal?
Here's a note on my Motobecane.
Compared to my wifes Trek (same $, lower components, higher weight) the welds aren't as pretty and the paint isn't nearly as nice. I don't care at all. I got all Ultegra and way cool American Classic wheels.
As for shills, BD is gonna go broke as there seem to be so darn many of us!
