I am not well versed enough to explain that to you. Go and try out a smaller frame and see if it helps. It appears as though it will help me but I'll be much more certain once the bike is set up properly for me.

No, but I was on a 52cm Fuji and that felt good as well, however, the 53 Bianchi felt a tad better.
