Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Thin Skins

I came home with a slow leak the last 3 rides in a row. So, picked up Thin Skins at the LBS and used one in the rear tire for today's ride. It worked - no slow leak. This time the tire simply blew from a large puncture. Looks like it got in just beside the Thin Skin.

The TS is much lighter than I thought - pretty much negligable. Just wondering if they actually do any good. Anyone else have experience with these?
