"Bumpy" tire question....
First post ever, hello all !
I installed a new tire, Panaracer Stradius Pro, last night. I went for a ride and immediately noticed that the tire did not roll smoothly. I spun the wheel by hand and noticed a "flat" spot when watching from the side. I went back home, delflated the tire, and checked to make sure everyting appeared to be seated properly. It did. I reinflated and went back out with the same result. I didn't have time, too lazy actually, to remove the tire and tube, and start over again (tonight). Anyone ever had a similar experience ? Could the tube be twisted ??? Thanks
Eric

Pump the tire to the maximum marked inflation and let it set for a day or two. Sometimes a tire develops a slight deformation during storage, and it will disappear after a bit. If that does not work, try putting in a different tube, and remounting the tire.

I have the Stradius Pros on one of the bikes, and didn't experience that; like alan say, pump em up and let em sit; it may just been that they've been folded up for a veery long time....
(oh, they're nice tires, btw. Smoove and fast)
