Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Felt F2C or Felt F15

F2c is an 06 with DA except SLK crank and SSC SL

F15 is 05 FULL DA with SSC SL

pics attached

Both are in my fit range and both are around $2500 with very light use. I am looking to get a race day/climbing day bike that is stiff and light around this price point. I have found others, but these seem to be the best deals... I'm open to other sugestions as well...

Thanks!

I own the F15 scandium. For a light and stiff bike, it's way up there with the best. Undoubtedly it makes a great racing bike. Not such a good century bike, although I rode a double century STP recently and it was great. I have the easton EC90 SLX fork and it's super responsive and fun in the corners.

Go for the carbon F2c. I own a '05 limited edition F3c which is the exact bike as the '05 F2c except for different decals. I love it !! It's a great ride. Completed (6) century's this year and I felt great coming off the bike. It's smooth down the road and climbs like a goat. Don't know much about the scandium F15 but I can't imagine it's near the carbon frame ride that the F2c would be.
