Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I think that's the biggest problem. You really need one of these to match your jersey.

Yeah, dude, and after you get Rasmussen's polka-dot helmet you should alternate between Robbie McEwen's green Ridley Noah and Flandis's yellow BMC.

I think the only problem is using an Assos F1 Mille Bib instead of a F1.13 S2

You're legs aren't blurry enough. Sprint from a lower gear.

Wheel hop is a sign that you need to smooth out your stroke.

You should practice downhill low-gear sprints to get to maximum cadence, it will smooth you right out.

+1 swinging the bike slightly

Bikes: There's 4... 1 of ea

Go find some old Tour tapes and WATCH what the pros do. Best way to see what I was talking about is to watch it in action. Specifically watch for Adbu.
