Ride pic's!
Here are some pictures I took this morning on my daily 35 mile loop
Heading east out of town toward Yellow Springs Ohio http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1065.jpg A couple of these hills on the way maybe 3 miles into the ride http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1069.jpg Now, we hit a few small rollers http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1073.jpg Lots of corn fields.. http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1085.jpg Dave Chapelle lives here http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1089.jpg On the MUP (10 miles of this lie ahead:D ) http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1107.jpg Continuing along the MUP headed south... http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1114.jpg |
Self portriat
http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1116.jpg My LBS near my half way point http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1137.jpg Halfway point (Shawnee Park in Xenia Ohio) http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1141.jpg Mandatory cockpit shot... http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1148.jpg Back on the MUP headed west.. http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1145.jpg Kil-Kare Speedway. All kinds of racing goes on here. Neat place to stop for a break http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1151.jpg Starting a 3 mile climb up North Fairfield road, headed North into Beavercreek. (I dialed my power up to 86 jigowatts and dropped the poser on the sidewalk with ease:D ) http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1168.jpg A couple miles later at the end of the steady climb up N. Fairfield road http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1171.jpg |
Crossing 675
http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1178.jpg Headed back into town http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1195.jpg Back home. (mandatory white garage door shot) http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...0/100_1202.jpg Sorry some of the pictures suck, but I took most of them while moving and the camera is kind of beat. |

Heh, we have the same Sigma computer. :D If you like it, you should try their new digital double wireless. I put it on my folder and really like it. Incredibly easy setup, and it's very forgiving with distances between sensor and magnet, etc. I'm waiting for someone to stock the second bike extra mounting unit...
But on topic... nice pics! :) |
Here's a few of my recent camera-phone pics (If only my phone was a better camera) from recent rides around the Salt Lake City area;
Antelope Island early in the morning. So very nice! http://img359.imageshack.us/img359/2366/image010ch5.jpg The top of East Canyon ; http://img217.imageshack.us/img217/6108/image020oe3.jpg And the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon; http://img250.imageshack.us/img250/3641/image021ja6.jpg |
The trail you pictured, was it some type of rails to trails or what? Thanks

Great shots, I always thought Ohio had some great rides, especially as you head south and east from Colombus. TOSRV is a great ride, and there was another one just south of Columbus whose name escapes me that about killed me. Thanks for the great pics.

Nice pics ... always great to see photos from other folk's rides!

HWS, are your bars crooked or is that an optical illusion?

Of course, I'll regret it in January.... |

Isn't that Dave Chapelle's neck of the woods? |
Very nice roads HWS, I wish NE OHio was like that, instead we have roads that only Marcus Grunholm could have been sinister enough to drive on. I also see that it's not just me that has flat land. Oh well, I have the RR Valley.

wow i really love the island pic
