Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Free Cleats

My little bro was near my LBS the other day (its an hour away) ao i had him pick me up a set of cleats for my look pedals. Well he got me the wrong ones. I have te Keo classic and he got me the regular KEO cleats, the ones that are a little bit larger. I have no use for them so if anyone wants them ill gladly send them your way.

there are multiple KEO cleats? I didn't know that

Do you mean the old Delta cleats? I could use a set of those.

Look cleats come in Delta (old) and Keo (new). The Keos are smaller than the delta and are not interchangeable.
