Nipple Pain
Well, I made the mistake of going hairless. And now my nipples are KILLING me if I buy a skin tight shirt (under armor ) will that help?

Boudreaux's Butt Paste www.buttpaste.com is awesome for preventing nipple rash, and even provides immediate relief if you already have it.
I had nipple rash while biking the Blue Ridge Parway last month. My jersey pockests were stuffed so it was pulling the jersey in the front, and the sweat and friction took its toll by the third day in the saddle. My neice, who was driving support for me with her 2.5 yr. old, had Boudreaux's butt paste for diaper rash prevention. That stuff was so thick it stayed on all day. You have to use soap and wather to get it off. The protection was so good it made the stinging pain go away immediately.
