Never heard of them. They have a nice color scheme, but they look a little malnourished.

weird mix of components. Down tube shifters? Aluminum frame and steel fork? The look is really clean though I have to admit. Price is nice too. If it were a steel frame I'd be tempted.

It looks like someone has configured a bike from new old stock parts. The Ally frame and steel fork combo are going to be very, very stiff. 25 lbs is heavy for a bike with downtube shifters. The rims are rebadged Gipeimme.
It's very cool for $350, but its heavy. This looks like a new company. Don't send money unless the bikes are really in existence.

Nagh. Don't go for it. Single pivot brakes? One-piece (non-front-loading) stem? Six-speed 14-28 cassette (or freewheel? do they even have six-speed cassettes)? And those wheels look racey but I guarantee that they'll pretty much suck.
Don't worry, it's legit. But for $349 you can do a lot, lot better. Look used - plenty of great bikes with STI shifting etc. for even less than that.
edit: Plus, expect crappy support. I clicked on the "Road Bikes" link on their site. Then I clicked it again and somehow got a "does not exist" error. The culprit? They linked me on accident to "roasbikes.html" instead of "roadbikes.html".

Must have bought up all the stuff from the 13 Chineese bike cos. that claimed bankruptcy last year. Some of this stuff you can't even find on ebay. Er..... maybe theres an idea.

Maybe your cash strapped and need a bike, but this bike doesn't look like the answer to your problems, in fact some of the no name or low end componentry and maybe the quality of the frame and fork may become another problem for you. Take your $350 and either save it till you have more money or buy a decent used bike off E-Bay unless your used stores in town have good bikes, or maybe an LBS might have something decent used. If you have a bit more cash, right now is a good time to buy new bikes because LBS's are trying to dump the 06 models.
